Avalos Learning & Development (ALD) is a DBA of Victory Counseling Services, LLC, created to extend our passion for mental health, connection, and personal growth beyond the counseling room.
We believe learning is most meaningful when people feel seen, supported, and connected. Our workshops and educational experiences are designed to provide practical knowledge, meaningful conversation, and tools that can be carried into everyday life.
Through Avalos Learning & Development, we provide workshops, trainings, educational programs, and speaking experiences for schools, healthcare organizations, workplaces, churches, community organizations, and mental health professionals.
Our approach is relational, practical, and rooted in the understanding that people do not simply need more information—they need spaces where they can learn, reflect, connect, and grow.
From Counseling to Education
Victory Counseling Services, LLC was founded to provide compassionate mental health counseling to individuals and families. As opportunities arose to educate and equip parents, professionals, organizations, and communities, Avalos Learning & Development was created as an extension of that work.
While Victory Counseling Services focuses on counseling and mental health services, Avalos Learning & Development focuses on education, training, workshops, and professional development.
Together, they reflect a shared commitment to helping people develop healthier relationships, strengthen emotional well-being, and create environments where people can thrive.
